Yesterday, Tuesday July 16, 2024, we warmly welcomed 100 students who were selected for this holiday jobs opportunity.
They were officially received by our Mayor, ESEME Moses ESEMBE, Municipal Treasurer, SONA Simon MAKIA, Secretary General, NCHIA Chrysanthus and other council personnel. During the event, they were provided with valuable information about their work schedule, dos and don’ts, and other essential guidelines. We want to ensure that they have an effective workplace and a safe space to thrive.
But that’s not all! In addition to their field work, these exceptional students will also undergo two weeks of career orientation and first aid training. This will equip them with essential skills and knowledge that will benefit them not only during their time with us but also in their future endeavors.
We are proud to offer this unique experience to our young talents, fostering their growth and professional development.
